Happy Memorial Day! As Chief Editor of Perspectives, I'd like to wish everyone a safe and relaxing Memorial Day. Be sure to thank a Veteran for their service this weekend, no matter what your stance on the current Administration or war. Jeff will be on vacation tomorrow, but you can anticipate a heartfelt post from our military man Shawn on Sunday.
Without the service of these people, we wouldn't have the freedom to debate issues such as abortion, gay marriage, illegal immigration, etc. My prayer for those in active service is that God would watch over them, and that they would be treated with respect when they return. Don't forget the families of those who have paid the ultimate price while serving in uniform! Families sacrifice along with our service people. God bless them, and God bless America.
